It is incredibly rewarding to witness the positive changes in the neighborhood I live, work, and play through the entrepreneurs Pathway supports. The dedication to client care is evident across all levels from executive leadership to every employee, creating a supportive and client focused culture.

My colleagues at Pathway are top-notch. It is one thing to talk about service, but this community of people puts service into action each day to serve their local communities all around the state. It is a privilege to be part of Pathway's mission to serve and our team makes that possible each day.

For me, the meaning comes from the people I work with, both clients and colleagues. When you're surrounded by folks who genuinely care about what they’re doing—and whose motivation comes from within—it makes even the tough days okay and the good days feel incredible. There’s a lot of purpose in the work itself but being around people who are fully committed to helping our client’s success just deepens it. It's a great reminder of why I do what I do.

Financial institutions and creativity are probably not commonly associated, but creativity is what I like most about working at Pathway. The clients and communities we work with need creative financial solutions to overcome the hurdles they face. Pathway is a workplace where we are encouraged to think outside of the box to help those we serve and to expand the areas we can serve.
