About

Brandon England has led Pathway Lending’s Energy Efficiency Loan Program for more than a decade, overseeing the financing of over $80 million in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. With dual master’s degrees—an MBA and a Master of Sustainability from Lipscomb University—Brandon combines business acumen with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship.

As the head of Pathway’s sustainability programs, Brandon has helped nearly 400 businesses and organizations across Tennessee reduce utility costs and environmental impact through energy-efficient upgrades. His work not only supports clients in lowering their operating expenses, but also contributes to broader climate and sustainability goals that benefit the entire community.

Brandon’s interest in sustainability goes well beyond energy. He’s also passionate about adaptive reuse development and thoughtful urban design—approaches that reflect his belief in making the most of existing resources. A lifelong Middle Tennessean, Brandon grew up in Hendersonville and has lived in East Nashville for the past 17 years, making him deeply connected to the communities he serves.

He currently serves on the Building Healthy Places Action Council with ULI Nashville and is further advancing his expertise through Yale University’s Financing and Deploying Clean Energy certificate program. Brandon’s work empowers business owners to take smart, impactful steps toward sustainability, benefiting not only the community, but the environment and the long-term success of the businesses he supports. With every project, Brandon is helping build a more resilient, resource-efficient future for Tennessee and beyond.
