Since joining Pathway Lending in 2019, Ashley has helped shape how clients experience the organization online—from discovering resources to navigating programs and connecting with the right team. As Technology Communications Coordinator, she blends creativity, technical skill, and a deep commitment to community impact to ensure the digital side of Pathway is just as welcoming and helpful as the people behind it.

With a background in film, a web development boot-camp under her belt, and years spent working in nonprofit spaces, she brings a unique blend of storytelling and tech-savviness to everything she touches. From web design to digital tools and client-facing platforms, she focuses on creating a smooth, intuitive experience that reflects Pathway’s mission. Her goal is always the same: to make it easier for people to find the support they need to grow and succeed.

A lifelong nonprofit devotee, she’s proudly never worked anywhere else—and has no plans to start now. Her passion for helping entrepreneurs doesn’t stop at work—she’s also a fierce advocate for shopping small and local, believing that everyday choices can make a real difference in the success of local businesses and the communities they serve.
