Growth Navigator Details

Intake & Meeting

Share your business goals and challenges. You'll be paired with a coach, your navigator, who will set expectations and prepare you for your needs assessment.

Needs Assesment

How is your business performing against key benchmarks? You and your coach will complete a needs assessment and/or analyze your cash flow to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement.

Business Growth Plan

How can I improve my business plan for capital and growth? After the needs assessment, your coach will give you an action plan and forecast with clear tasks to tackle and opportunities to seize.

Ongoing Coaching

Will I be doing this all on my own? No! Your coach will connect you with the right resources for each task, including one-on-one training with other coaches and relevant tools for your business.
