Matt Wiltshire

Matt Wiltshire is the President of the Pathway Housing Fund, which acquires Naturally-Occurring Affordable Housing properties in Tennessee that are at risk of becoming unaffordable. Pathway Housing Fund utilizes low-cost capital to acquire properties and community-based resources to provide quality housing for residents. Prior to joining Pathway, Wiltshire worked at MDHA, Nashville's public housing authority, and served as the Director of Economic and Community Development for the city. Prior to his public service, Wiltshire worked for 15 years in investment banking and venture capital.
