About

With a banking career that began in 1971 as a teller earning $80 a week, Larry has spent over five decades building a legacy of leadership and innovation in the financial industry. Over the years, he has served as President and CEO of multiple banks and bank holding companies, leading significant growth initiatives and major institutional transitions along the way. Armed with a degree in Accounting and Economics from Murray State University, he continues to bring unmatched experience and insight to the Pathway Lending credit team.

Today, he likens his work in credit to that of a metropolitan ER—where time, accuracy, and creative problem-solving are key. Whether structuring a deal, analyzing a complex credit scenario, or helping a client navigate their next steps, he approaches every challenge like a puzzle to be solved. Larry's impact is deeply felt by the clients and teammates he supports.

Outside of banking, he’s lived a life full of adventure—earning his pilot’s license at 15, owning four planes, and his own airstrip. He’s also raised horses, enjoys sailing, and and has served on a variety of boards, including appointments in community development. It’s a track record that reflects both his curiosity and commitment to making an impact wherever he goes.
