At Pathway, Jennifer keeps the organization running smoothly by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and ensuring the executive team operates like clockwork. Known as a true calendar wizard, she juggles countless details behind the scenes to help the team stay on track and focused on Pathway’s mission.

Jennifer has called Tennessee home her entire life and has spent more than 30 years in Davidson County. One of her favorite memories—meeting former President Jimmy Carter and First Lady Rosalynn Carter with her family—reminds her of the power of meaningful connections, something she brings to her work supporting Pathway’s mission and the community it serves.
