Hank Helton is a founding member of the Pathway Lending team and has been affiliated with the organization since its inception in 1999. As Chief Stakeholder Officer, Hank leads the cultivation and management of relationships with financial institutions, philanthropy, and local/state/federal agencies. He is actively involved in new product development and collaborates closely with the lending and credit teams on deployment and product refinement focused on access to capital and the growth of Pathway’s balance sheet.
