Gabrielle is a strategic thinker and data-driven problem solver who collaborates across teams to support operational excellence and organizational growth at Pathway Lending. In her role as Business Analyst, she works behind the scenes to gather insights, streamline processes, and help leadership make informed decisions that drive long-term impact.

With a background that includes a Business and Workforce Investments internship at the Appalachian Regional Commission, Gabrielle brings a strong foundation in economic development and program evaluation. She now applies those skills at Pathway by preparing key organizational materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Passionate about continuous improvement, Gabrielle leverages analytics and innovative methodologies to uncover opportunities, enhance business programs, and help the Pathway team stay aligned with its mission of serving small businesses and underserved communities.

A proud Tennessean, Gabrielle was born and raised in Memphis and has called Nashville home for the past eight years. She values the close-knit, community-focused spirit of both cities—and brings that same spirit of connection and collaboration to her work every day.
