Thomas Dale Horne is a seasoned CPA with more than 30 years of experience in financial management, grant accounting, and audit compliance. As Senior Vice President of Grants and Contracts Accounting at Pathway Lending, he oversees the organization’s grant financial strategy—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and full compliance with federal, state, and local funding requirements.

Throughout his career, Dale has held leadership roles across both nonprofit and corporate sectors, developing a reputation for his analytical insight, attention to detail, and ability to build streamlined, effective financial systems. Dale holds CPA licenses in both Texas and Tennessee and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Finance and Accounting from Murray State University.
