Chad brings a diverse professional background that spans both behavioral health and information technology. He began his career in the nonprofit behavioral health sector, working alongside clinicians, interventionists, business development teams, and marketing professionals. During that time, he helped coordinate and support dozens of interventions, gaining valuable experience in communication, problem-solving, and crisis management.

In 2016, Chad transitioned into the IT field through what he initially expected to be a temporary entry-level position. He quickly discovered a passion for technology and found a career that aligns with his strengths and interests. Today, he enjoys the challenge of solving complex technical problems and is particularly committed to leveraging technology to create innovative, security-focused solutions and drive meaningful outcomes.

A lifelong Tennessean and avid outdoorsman, Chad enjoys fishing, hiking, snowboarding, and camping with his family. He has been a licensed private pilot since 1998 and lives on a farm in the College Grove area with his wife, children, horses, and four dogs. Much of the family's free time is spent supporting their youngest daughter, a competitive barrel racer, which often means weekends on the road attending rodeos and equestrian events across the region.
