Pathway Lending Hires Three New Team Members for Nashville, Knoxville, Clarksville Offices

Pathway Lending, a Nashville-based nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) as designated by the U.S. Treasury Department, today announced that Jacque Collins has joined its office in Fort Campbell,  Jason Carr has joined its Nashville office and Kristen Munson will be part of Pathway’s Knoxville team.

Collins joins Pathway Lending as a business advisor and trainer for the Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) in Nashville after 20 years of dedicated service in the Army. Following his retirement from the Army, Collins was an instructor at Fort Campbell in Kentucky before transitioning to a career as a small business owner. As a VBOC business advisor and trainer, Collins’ primary responsibilities are to support and facilitate Pathway’s veteran initiatives with an emphasis on the Boots to Business educational program on base at Fort Campbell. Along with representing the organization at outreach events to meet transitioning military members, Collins will coordinate with instructors and consultants to ensure high quality programming and coaching of clients.

Carr, an accomplished senior manager with more than 10 years of experience, joins Pathway Lending’s Nashville office as a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) financial analyst. He previously served as a senior credit underwriter and portfolio manager at Fifth Third Bank in Nashville. In his new role, Carr will assist with analyzing, forecasting and evaluating loan requests with particular focus on solutions for energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the Southeast.

Munson brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role as a senior financial business advisor in Pathway’s growing Knoxville office. Prior to joining Pathway Lending, Munson spent four years at Ernst & Young. In her new role, Munson will be responsible for the education and counseling of Pathway’s small business clients in Knoxville by leading client engagements and identifying opportunities for their growth.
