This module also delves into financial management, including budgeting, cost estimation, pricing strategies, and securing funding. Participants will receive guidance on preparing a strong lending package to access capital for business growth.

Pathway Lending CDFI presents License to Build, a comprehensive 6-week course designed to equip minority tradesmen in Chattanooga with the knowledge and skills necessary to establish a strong business foundation and prepare for obtaining a general contractor license. This program covers essential business principles, project management strategies, legal and financial considerations, and industry best practices to help participants build sustainable and scalable construction businesses.
